At Caribbean Woundbase Clinic, Dr Kymmi Caesar, MBBS, BbMedsci, CWSP, is your Wound Care Specialist. We have had good success with the healing of many wounds commonly burdening Trinidad and Tobago and the world.
Our CWC team has years of knowledge and experience, accumulated through integrated partnerships with other specialists in the field of wound care. We have become all too familiar with the laments of many of you and your relatives — the PAINS, the DISCOMFORTS, the EMBARRASSMENT of open wounds, discolouration and long-term circulation issues.
Dr Caesar has been registered with the Medical Board of Trinidad and Tobago for over fifteen years and is also listed as a registered physician with the American Board of Wound Management.
He understands the value of commitment to his patients’ journeys and his hard work has certainly paid off in spades. He has walked many of his patients through the process of wound healing that most tend to find unpalatable and long. With chronic wounds plaguing many of our loved ones in many homes and institutions, he has remained dedicated. Many have achieved healing and others, are in their process.

His out-of-the-box thinking has earned him a stellar reputation among his clients. He formed Caribbean Wound Base Clinic because he noted the burdens of wounds are great and wanted to provide a service that was desperately needed.
Dr Caesar enjoys outdoor activities and encourages then same for anyone near him. When he is not busy helping patients, he enjoys swimming, gardening cycling and spending time with his nuclear family of three.
